Hi..I have post nasal drip from last 1 week, which is quite bothering. No Fever, Cold, blocked nose or Headache..Which I had during previous episodes. History of FESS twice in past due to sinusitis.(Feb 2018 & March 2019). Almost 5 relapse between this phase which was managed medically. On Allegra, montelkast  & flomist nasal spray from last 8 months.

Post nasal drip can also occur bcoz of LPR ..in other words gastritis..try with antigastruc medication along with the antihistamines u r already taking for allergy
