How many days after Lasik surgery can one go back to routine running, gymming exercises? What is the reason that Doctors ask patients to avoid physical exercises and avoid wetting their eyes for a month post Lasik? Thanks

during humming you have lot of sweating  which is likely to move into your eyes and it may cause  infection or unknowingly  you may  rub your eyes. that's why it should be avoided for 4to6 wksor you may perform light exercise
