I delivered boy in November 2015.I had c sec.my stomach is still lose its not getting stiff.I couldn't do abs workout coz of my lil one. Will it become normal or I should start workout now itself?
Hi, just enjoy time with your baby now. You can start workout after 6 months. Till that time you can do some hand, neck exercises, pelvic execises and Anulom Vilom. This should help you. All the best!
