Post Covishield vaccine side effects

I got my 1st dose covishield yesterday.I feel severe body pains and pain at the injection area.Temp under armpit is 98.7°c.Eyes are having burning sensation.Can someone one advice what medication should I follow and till now many days these effects may exist.

Take dolo 650mg thrice a day!! And no need of any other medicine and you will be alright in one or two days!! Dont worry
