Yesterday i got vaccinated ( covishield) since night i m feeling fever on off and body pain and headache and grd issue ..nd spo2 is fine but pulse rate is continuously surpassing 120 nd after little walk going 140 above ... yesterday i had paracetamol and pantop d ...so is it normal thing specially pulse rate? Which medicine should i take ...and when to see a doctor

Don't be anxious, relax and check pulse rate again. Take plenty of fluids. Please check SpO2 at rest and after 6 minutes walking and consult.

During fever body aches as a result of vaccine This is common to represent with high heart rate mean while..if your immunity is low. Check after fever and body aches settles.
