Post covid treatment

Have taken post covid blood tests and almost all the reports are normal except ddimer where the value is 510 and ESR levels are 23. Having only right hand pain as of now. CRP and ferritin levels are normal. Kindly suggest me

No specific treatment required as per just have vitamin C, and proper rest with high protein diet and drink more water.
