Can I start working out in Gym, I had very mild pain here and there in chest so gone for ecg, please view this and tell when can I return to normal life, had mild covid and gone for all types of blood test and got normal Please see ecg and tell

Hi. This ECG looks normal except for fast heart rate. Post covid exercise deconditioning is common which can last for upto two months post recovery. Means you will feel your stamina is less or your pulse rate might increase in an exaggerated way even with minimal physical activity. You can start exercising in gym gradually and increase the workload as when you feel comfortable. Prefer aerobic dynamic exercise Also if you are planning to do some high intensity workouts it is better to get an Echo and TMT test to he on safer side.
