Its been six weeks now post covid . i feel at times numbness in hand and legs . and headache at times . is it anything serious ?? how can i take care of this

It's common yo have headache for 2 to 3 months, keep well hydrate d, paracetamol sos,   for numbness use warm water while washing hands and legs, vit b12 rich foods.
