Now also his saturation is fluctuating between 88 to 92 without oxygen.. With oxygen 96&97 How many days it will take to get normal spo2... He don't have BP, sugar.. He is healthy person.. Low SPo2 is due to lungs damage or any heart disease.. Whom to consult for his condition? We are worried about his health... He had cough.. Short ness of breath.. Please suggest

It is lung damage which causes low saturation.... Without oxygen if he is maintaining upto 92...then it  will take couple of months to improve..
Next Steps
do breathing exercise... consult for. clarification of any doubts..

A pulmonologist review may be useful. Reviewing for cardiac status is next step but on a lower priority.

Most probably the cause of his low SpO2 is lung damage due to covid. But need to review his all reports before a final comment can be made.
Next Steps
Consult a Pulmonologist for lungs. Consult a Cardiologist to rule out any heart disease.
