I recovered from covid in April 23 after treatment in hospital. I face multiple issue like chest pain neck pain , headache etc. From three four days I am facing facial pressure , jaw haviness feeling , pressure at nasal bone area seems increase when laying down some time feeling normal . What will be the cause , reports are normal HbA1c on higher side due to steroid treatment.

What you describe sounds like post viral myalgia. Will need examination to rule out other causes
