Post COVID headaches and unease

Hello doctors, I have been tested positive for COVID early may and got recovered at home with medication... I have recovered in 2 weeks time. After getting recovery, with in few weeks , horrible headache has started and it's coming once atleast in a week ... Feeling tired and unease ... how many months I have to suffer like this and what's the treatment for this ... when I will be able to become normal ...
