Hi, my father has been tested corona +ve around 40days back. Still his oxygen saturation levels are fluctuating between 86 to 92.he's on 2L oxygen support at home. His saturation levels are fine (95 -97) with oxygen. He's not feeling any discomfort without oxygen too. But still do we need to put oxygen, how long we should continue like this? Till he reaches 96? Is it still life threatening if we don't put oxygen ? We met pulmnologist too and got chest X-ray done. He said it is fine. I m attaching his report. Can you please tell how much % he recovered? Please suggest

There seems to be some Post covid fibrosis changes. If his SpO2 levels are dropping to 86, it would be better to continue home oxygen.
