Does high/elevated WBC count (13.5 thou/ul), Absolute neutrophil count (8.8 thou/ul), absolute lymphocyte count (3.51 thou/ul) and low platelets (150 thou/ul) are the marker of secondary infection or severity in the covid recovery patient in her 25th day of recovery? Patient History: No comorbidities, 55 age, HRCT 11/25 on 9th day of covid. SPO2 96-99%, Xray- B/L Hila Predominant. CRP decreases from 11.1 to 2.9 mg/L.  Prescription drug: 17days 8mg Methylpredsonol followed by 5 days 4mg dose along with RRB 10mg. My question is there any need to worry or a patient recovering from covid?

Steroids can cause high neutrophil counts. Platelet is not very low. Will need a consult if symptomatic.
