Am getting backpain,shoulderpain...is it normal or any problem is there .taking muscle relaxants but its not effective...

Post COVID body ache is common. But you should consider it serious if you have chest discomfort or breathlessness associated with it. Please go for ECG if this persists. Consider drinking Plenty of water and ORS (atleast 3 to 4 litres) eating healthy diet rich in Green leafy vegetables sprouted beans fruits and Protein containing foods like Egg Milk fish chicken etc. Feel free to consult me.
