Post Circumcision Skin thickening

I had a circumcision 3 months ago. Now skin around the circumcision line area got hard and thick. There is no pain in that area if no pressure is applied. But, if that area is pressurised then I'm feeling pain. When penis is erected then I'm not feeling pain and I'm able to masturbate normally. I have attached the pics also. Please explain to me what's the problem. For your information: 1. There is no discharge. 2. There is no swelling or redness. 3. I'm not diabetic.
