I've been extremely fatigued for the past few weeks, experiencing pain in my abdomen, sides, lower back, and sometimes chest, with frequent headaches, slight tremors in my hands and lower body, and also a foul smelling urine. I have not experienced any pain while urinating, but the other symptoms are becoming worrisome as I'm having trouble keeping focus and staying awake. I've also lost a bit of appetite and my digestive system has been off.
