I had unprotected anal sex 10 days back since then i am having very mild fever ,pain in anus,and pain in backbone and also burning sensation during urination and today i had headache twice..i have had a history of spondlitis on backbone..and i also had violently masturbated that day...just worried if have got some std or it just because of the forceful act..the pain in anus and burning sensation during urination..just want to know that and also please suggest any tests needed..thankyiu
