I've been having discharge from my genital area for a few days, and a discomfort as i urinate. I've also developed some rash/fungal skin infection looking like symptom yet it is not itchy. I do have reason to believe it may be Chlamydia. Can i cure it with Azithromycin and is it over the counter in RSA

You have not mentioned your sexual contact history th as very important DON'T take any medicine without qualified doctors prescription DON'T deal this problem as cold or flue taking over the counter medicine Love your self
