For the past 2 weeks, I've been feeling so fatigue, using the bathroom more often than usual, I've been hunger than normal, on and off headaches on and off, I had a 3 day spotting period and it was super light and lasted on and off for 3 days. My periods are usually heavy and last for 4-5 days. During the spotting I had light cramps. My mouth has had a weird taste in it on and off. A few times within these weeks my gums were bleeding during brushing and my breasts are sore...i took a urine test after the 3 day spotting and it was negative
