I hit my head yesterday in my car and lightly i have had this migrane like headache and im very sensitive to sound and sometimes light im very sleepy all the time and feel like throwing up thos all happened after i hit my head oh and i lost my memory for like 3 minuets today

Hi if u have  had any loss of consciousness or nasal bleed or vomitting these are direct indication for CT brain .one symptom dat u have in favour of head injury is drowisess or increased tendency to sleep if at all this has happened post the accident.i think getting a CT brain would help in Ur case also watchout fr any detoriation of sensorium ,vomitting tendency and meet a neurosurgeon of Ur choice for the same.
