Possible anal abscess
So a lump appeared right beside my anus (external) and has been very hard at the touch and quite sore. Last night it burst and bled extensively. It is still bleeding now (12 hours later) but only drops. It has also reduced size in half since it burst. My question is whether I can excrete without causing an infection even though there's an open wound right outside my anus?
That may be burst pile mass also.(as you said it is bleeding).
If it is mixed with sticky pus like substance than its abscess only.
