Positive UPT but no sac in ultrasound

I had a strong positive in urine pregnancy test. But there is no sac visible in ultrasound... So doctor asked me to get beta HCG done. The result came out as 3513...what does that mean? Pls clarify...

With that high beta HCG the g sac should be definately visible. Get a trans vaginal sonography done...rule out extra uterine locations like tubes... ovaries... abdomen Also check for any ovarian mass

At Bhcg level of more than 1500 , we should be able to see the sac . It’s important that we rule out extra uterine pregnancy ( ectopic pregnancy) , pregnancy of unknown location and or complete abortion.. Do you have any symptoms like pain abdomen / bleeding & so on .. If no symptoms, Repeat Bhcg level & TVS ..
