I'm a non-smoker 21 male. A few years back i found my erection doesn't happen when I'm laying down in a completely sleeping position also the stimulation inside the penis didn't feel. But it occurs when I fold my both legs. While standing and sitting erection is normal. Morning wood occurs sometimes. Libido/sex drive is perfect .  Also I feel better with erection when I walk for a long. But i didn't get opportunity to walk for long everyday. Any solution?
