Below is my Colour Doppler report conclusion Does it treatable? Do I have cirrhosis or not? IMPRESSION- - Mild hepatomegaly with altered liver parenchymal echotexture noted again, suggesting liver parenchymal disease. Correlation with LFTs and follow-up with USG suggested. - Partial chronic thrombosis of right portal vein, portal vein, portal confluence and visualized proximal short segment of SMV noted again with hepatopetal flow in these vessels. - Interval regression in splenic size. - Small cystic lesion in segment IVa of liver. - No ascites at present. SOS CT evaluation is suggested.

Please see a local Gastroenterologist for further opinion. Need to be evaluated for the cause of portal vein thrombosis.
