Doctors said its port wine haemangioma...problem is tht that area initially got redder frm sunlight but after laser it is prominent and is also governed by emotions..whenever i feel anger frightened whole portion gets completely red..

Port wine hemangioma will require multiple sittings to resolve. Vasodilatation is normal will emotional changes. As hemangioma is also an abnormal growth of vessels   it is also responding in same manner ; getting red with anger or excitement . You will require more sittings of laser to obliterate vessels .
