Hi, Follow up to my previous post on pores on my leg. There is no itching redness or anything. It just looks rough. And it is only present near the thigh to knee area like how it will present in back arm. Attached the image again Thanks in advance

Okay..so it can be fungal infection  ..can be due to sweat moisture in those areas..keep proper hygiene keep the areas dry. ..apply
