I just recovered from a fever which lasted over 5 days and am noticing that the pores on my cheeks on both sides of my nose are visibly enlarged. I have tried to wash my face once a day with a gentle facewash, but have been unable to wash my hair and it has become very oily and greasy in the meantime. Requesting to please advise on what might be the cause of the pores enlarging suddenly.
