Popping sound in knee

I have done running and dancing and gradually got pain in knee outward LCL side. Now it is in the central portion of both knees and makes popping sound without hurting much as I walk or move. Also, I am using dynapar qps and taking hot fomentation. The left knee pain started 2 months back and right a month back. Visiter doctor for left leg
