Is there any good and effective digestive enzymes which i can take , which is easily available in chemist?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Have one bowl of curd everyday. They have good bacteria which helps a lot in the gut. Cap. Dipep is a combination of digestive enzymes which can be taken twice a day after food. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
