My son is 3 months old, he was under formula fed (using Nestlé Nan pro), his poop was in more  green color and less in yellow color, and having more gas and straining to poop

With formula mild constipation or hard stool is normal. Nothing to worry. For gas u can use colicaid drops when he cries a lot.
