I was on treatment a year back with krimson 35 to regulate my periods,but when i stopped it,the position get back to prior i.e no periods at all..its been 4months i didn get periods.please help me to regulate my periods naturally.

Hi, naturally you can try diet and exercise. Krimson is not the only medicine available for regularisation of menses. There are many other approaches available too. I advise you to consult with your Gynaecologist and revise your treatment plan
