Your weak muscles are getting more weaker probably. Identify the activities that are causing challenges like getting up after sitting or standing for long. Sit on taller surfaces from where you can easily get out. This will help the muscles as they will have to work with gravity and with your weight. Calipers at home for few days will help providing rest to the overworked weak muscles.
