PNET/EWING'S SARCOMA - MRI SPINE

My son had undergone 16 cycles of chemo till March 2020, before a recurrence occurred in the same area - left distal radius. Radiation therapy was going on and 27 fractions were completed. However, he started complaining of severe back pain 3 days ago and had fever too. Therefore, he had to be admitted and a MRI of the spine was done. A PET scan will be done tomorrow. Kindly review the attached MRI report and explain the impressions listed.
