I am very upset.. plz plz help me! Whenever I get excited or happy my chest n left arm starts hurting very bad... While watching sexual stuff esp it happens and I am unable to enjoy it! Plz note that there's no increase in heart rate like typical angina- and no it doesn't go away soon. Once it started pain wud last for 3-4 hours n then stop.. 10 ecg done in past 6 months n all of them @90/100- no ischemia.. but why @70/80 heart rate angina like pain? TMT negative. No sugar, lipids ( done even Apollob and a ) Gud, no smoking, no premature family history of heart issues.. Only have fatty liver, leaky gut and GERD for which I take meds I am just 21- how will I have active life like this :( :( :(
