I suffering from gyanocomastia I need some assistance it's been about 8 years am not able express my problem to anyone this is killing my confidence

You may need surgical management for the same. Consult online for further management. It is unlikely to be managed with medicines. Surgery is not a major one with recovery within 1 day.
