For reoccurent Malignant Plueral Effusion, should we go for IPC (indwelling plueral Cathedral) or Pluerladhesis? If IPC, which doctors is expert in IPC in Punjab /North India ?

It depends on whether fluid is coming daily in the bag and also depends on whether your lung is expanded.. if expanded well,pleurodesis would be good safe and effective method.. if drain still coming upto 50 ml or more then indwelling pleural catheter is wonderful option.. No idea who can do this for
