My daughter 2.5 year old had a fall from sofa. Her x ray is done and is attached .pls suggest if casting would be needed . Or any other alternative considering COVID times in mind . Pls help

One xray and so many different opinions… all we are doing is confusing the patient… In such cases i would request the patient to just visit the nearby trusted doctor… he can be the best judge to this, and trust him he will do his best to make your child alright.

Yes. It’s a fracture. As she is 2 and a half years old she needs a plaster with arm sling for 3 weeks from the day of injury…. Don’t ignore….. Get it done….. Syp Pacimol 1-1-1
