Hello Dr, I suffer from Macular Amyloidosis of upper back and hands for many years. Recent trips to beach places have worsened it and is spreading on entire back. Have consulted many dermatologists including Dr Jaishree Sharad of Skinfiniti, Mumbai. She prescribed me tretin 0.025% cream with clop E ointment, to be mixed in 1:1 to apply at night and sebamed sunscreen at mornings. It has been 4 months and I don't see any results. She said there is no cure and any peel or laser will be useless.
