Hi From your reports it looks like you have obstructive jaundice with intrahepatic and extra hepatic both cholestasis , this means your liver and drainage from liver is at problem ,this can be due to infections like viral hepatitis or gall stone or any tumour or growth in bile tract , other possibility as you have pleural effusion and renal parenchymal ds also is you may have pancreatitis with or without any tumour so we need to find out exact cause of this then take action accordingly
