Hello Dr, I have spondylosis for which got ayurveda treatment, but My tail bone, specially my heel and around that area pains a lot it's like pulling pain, and my toes too pains say like. My feet pains a lot can't walk bare foot, what exactly I have do I have arthritis cuz it's been 7 months m suffering from feet pain and heels pain.
