My wife has two pea kind of swell on front foot.
It is non pain and present with same size since 5 days.
I met general surgeon near by and he suspected cyst. He advised ultrasound.
I got report.
Please suggest

Seems like a cyst. Whether cyst is inflamed or not would be confirmed after examination . Better to do FNAC to confirm nature of cyst.If the cyst is found to be inflamed and infected patient would require antibiotics for a week after which cyst excision would be required.
