Please get ultrasound guided liver biopsy done immediately. Before the biopsy some tests are advised like PT INR , Viral markers . The biopsy report will suggest the etiology ( cause of these lesions ). Additionally Serum Ca 19-9 can be done
Next Steps
Visit a specialised care centre immediately which deals with Hepato-Pancreatico Biliary Condition ( rule out Cancer)
