Do u have any recent stress in ur life work related , family issues etc .
Does anyone in ur family have similar problems .
Do you have any chronic diseases like diabetes , chronic kidney disease, fibromyalgia , rheumatoid arthritis , CRPS .
Ur suferring from depression and its totally normal nearly 70 percent of the people suffer from it at some point of time in their life .
Please consult a psychiatrist speicalist he will start you on drugs called SSSRI's and ull surely find them useful and please do attend group discussion sessions
