My ecg n echo has been done and it was normal...but i can feel sensations as if heart beating in centre of my neck or throat so anything to worry about.?

If too much sensitive for these . Visit your doc they can prescribe some medication which can suppress these feeling. But at least you should not worry for these sensation.
