What is this on my neck? Can you do some guidance? I am from Kashmir, Pakistan and this problem start from few days ago please help me thanks.

Hello! This looks like a lump in the neck. This lump could be there due to many reasons, most common one being infections. It is best to get an FNAC of this lump to know the reason for lump before starting any treatment. This is a pathologist based investigation.
