Pet scan report shows there's a mass near left lung which could be malignant.The report suggest for biopsy to do histopathology study of the mass . You definitely need to follow up with your oncologist for the further management at the earliest,as other systems in the body ie abdomen pelvis ,neck ,liver kidneys are normal
