Sir I sexually active from march to August 2017.I feel slight watery type liquid comes out in July,I ignore it,I came Delhi in September, after 3days I feel burning at top of the penis head ,urine comes out self .I went to urologist ,no infection show in urine culture.I came Patna and start treatment with dermologist he told me u have balantis and prescribed me (azibact ,itraconazole lotion)I feel better but not goes away and some additional cause come such - near anus itching and irritation occur ,infection in throat comes,
