As you have mentioned, it seems to be a stage IV B lung cancer ( the disease that have spread to multiple distant sites outside the primary ).
The prognosis is not that good , since this is an extensive disease . But considering the young age , and no smoking history( expecting ) - some of lung cancers seen in this group of patients have good treatment options even in extensive stage with new cancer drugs . But that can be used only in patients with specific molecular markers positive .
This biopsy report which you have mentioned is not a usual one , so for commenting treatment options and prognosis, I need you entire reports , biopsies, IHC reports as well all molecular test reports.
If difficult to share on public platform , you can hide name and share , or can take consultations and share . Only with all reports I will be able to guide you further .
