Anaemia

For fever I would say it can be due to some viral pathogens....try to document fever and write it in a note so that we can actually know the pattern of it According to the CBC child is bit anemic For that the most important thing is the diet add green Veggies , dal , and banana or any fruit , dairy product Imp.:- please do a iron profile test. Thalassemia profile if there is a history of it in family

Acc to cbc reports the baby is mildly anemic , First check the temp with thermometer, if it is more than 100.4 f then only it can be labelled as fever, and frequent fevers need in depth evaluation.
