Hello doctor. My son has dark urine and loss of appetite. No fever and No cough. Slight cold Please help. Is it serious?

Give plenty of fluid orally and monitor urine output... Yellow urine might be due to less fluid intake and decreased urine output... Watch for swelling of leg or face... Give tab. Cetirizine for cold...

Most common reason of dark urine is dehydration,less fluid intake.. Give kid lots of liquid.. water , buttermilk, lemon juice, fruit juice etc.
